At Gerry Bear & Co, we aim to get your products to your doorstep safely and quickly.

 

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: $10 Australia-wide (via Australia Post, includes tracking). Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

• Local Delivery (Toowoomba 4350 only): $5 flat rate. Orders are delivered within 2 business days.

• Pick Up (Toowoomba QLD): Free of charge. To arrange a time, please email us at gerrybearco@outlook.com.au.

Order Tracking

• All orders are shipped with tracking.

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.

Delivery Times

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days (may take up to 7 depending on your location).

• Local delivery: Within 2-4 business days.

• Please note: delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Items

• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at gerrybearco@outlook.com.au.

• We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.

International Shipping

• At this stage, we only ship within Australia.
