Return & Refund Policy
At Gerry Bear & Co, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
- You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at gerrybearco@outlook.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as sensory kits or teether toys that have been opened cannot be returned.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
