1. Promoter

This giveaway is organized and run by Gerry Bear & Co, located in Australia.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents only.

• Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

3. Giveaway Period

• Start Date: Friday, October 17, 2025 at 8:00am AEST

• End Date: Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 8:00pm AEST

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

1. Follow @gerrybearco on Instagram

2. Like the giveaway post

3. Tag three (3) friends in the comments (each comment with 3 friends = 1 entry)

4. Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @gerrybearco for a bonus entry

 

All steps must be completed during the giveaway period. Private accounts must be made public for the story entry to be verified.

5. Prize

 

 

• One (1) winner will receive a Gerry Bear & Co “Play with Purpose” Sensory Bundle, including:

  • 1 x Glo Pal 'Party Pal' (water-activated light-up cube set)

  • 1 x House Shape Sorter (with 5 Silicone shapes)

• Total retail value: approximately AUD $120.

• Prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable, or exchangeable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random.

• The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram on Friday, October 24, 2025, and announced on Gerry Bear & Co Instagram Story.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

7. Delivery

• The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner’s Australian address.

• Gerry Bear & Co is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once the prize has been shipped.

​

 

8. General Conditions

• Gerry Bear & Co reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or that attempts to manipulate the giveaway.

• By entering, participants consent to their first name and Instagram handle being shared publicly if selected as the winner.

• All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
